Good Karma Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as happy as a Virgo in a Library, an Aries doing squats, a Taurus cleaning their kitchens and a Scorpio handcuffed to a bed!

We 100% guarantee that your product will arrive in perfect condition. If it is broken, misprinted or otherwise not as advertised, we will refund or replace it.

Please note that all of our products are made to order. Therefore, we can only accept returns or replacements in cases where the print quality is poor or the construction was not done properly.

If you have issues with the quality of our products, and wish to request a return or exchange, please email us with the following information:

  1. A description of the issue along with your name and order information
  2. Attach photos of the issues so we can review them along with our production partner
  3. Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement sent

Once sent, please allow up to 2 business days hours for the processing of your request.

Production & Shipping Horoscope

We try to be as speedy as a Gemini jumping to conclusions about the fabric of time-space and as efficient as a Capricorn with a due date when it comes to production and shipping!

We are a made-to-order business: Once your order is created, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to go into production and then 3-6 business days for the item(s) to be printed, constructed and shipped. You will receive your tracking number(s) at that point by email.

Shipping: We work with global shipping partners and shipping times can range between 3-14 business days depending on where the item is manufactured (USA, UK, Canada EU or China) and where we are delivering to.

We do not have expedited shipping available yet but you will be able to track your package using the tracking number provided.

Please note that different items in the same order may ship from different manufacturing partners around the world.
